COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Festo EGC-50-100-TB-KF-0H-GK parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fibro-gsa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Folger-Tech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gates product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fibro-gsa such as the 037100979 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FOLGERTECH manufactured by Folger-Tech and we are pleased to be able to service most Folger-Tech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BX116 by Manufacturer Gates as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Flowserve Brand 316847 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fn-Sheppard such as 85VX1250 equipment made by Fn-Sheppard have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fn-Sheppard products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fn-Sheppard" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 90032097 made by Gates as well as the popular 14M252037PolyChainGTBelt original spares produced by Gates Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 215SM10 by Fort-Worth and 85VX1250 spares by Fn-Sheppard are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 037200011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fibro-gsa. |
