COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Festo DSM-32-270 P-CC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Osacom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Osacom such as the E5657C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HND3800T33W manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FM2 by Manufacturer Emerson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yokogawa Brand DX22022AR2F1M1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Industrial such as FPM180TS equipment made by Industrial have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Industrial products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Industrial" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DVP12SCDVP16SP made by Delta-Computer as well as the popular FDC86CONT original spares produced by Asea Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E4809045091EE4809045167C by Okuma and FPM180TS spares by Industrial are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GV2ME10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
