COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Festo DRRD-32-180-FH-Y9A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Flowtek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flowserve parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Flexlink product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Flowtek such as the 921280113A0532 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B125D manufactured by Flowserve and we are pleased to be able to service most Flowserve systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XLCR by Manufacturer Flexlink as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Festo Brand DZH32300PPVA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Festo such as LFMB1 equipment made by Festo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Festo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Festo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C7001 made by Fisher as well as the popular 4410fetesj71a original spares produced by Fisher-Pierce Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C6T7NC320A by Fhp-Leeson and LFMB1 spares by Festo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2232 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fincor. |
