COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Festo DGS-16-50-P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Festo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Force parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fill-rite product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Festo such as the EMMEAS100SHSAM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CPU30LITE manufactured by Force and we are pleased to be able to service most Force systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NX25120NFAA by Manufacturer Fill-rite as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fisher Brand 43B5331X022 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Foxboro such as 19275U equipment made by Foxboro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Foxboro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Foxboro" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Fiber made by Fiber-Optic-Jw3216a-Handheld-Optical-Power-Met as well as the popular 1151DP4E22 original spares produced by Fisher Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M126643 by Fife and 19275U spares by Foxboro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KJ3002X1BC1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fisher. |
