COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Festo DGPL-40750-PPV-A-KF-B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Festo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Force-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fisher-Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Festo such as the DSR12180P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0159RS06R3SN00 manufactured by Force-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Force-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NETWORK by Manufacturer Fisher-Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Festo Brand NEBMM16G8E25Q9LE8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ford-Motor-Co. such as DSPA11E07 equipment made by Ford-Motor-Co. have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ford-Motor-Co. products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ford-Motor-Co." in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2911597 made by Fmc-Jetway-Systems as well as the popular MK3 original spares produced by Flowserve-Durco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 475B191X2 by Flowserve and DSPA11E07 spares by Ford-Motor-Co. are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 34048U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fisherporter-Abb. |
