COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Festo DGPI-25-600-PPV-AIF-GK-AV parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fisher products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fisher-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fisher product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fisher such as the CL6826X1A2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C7001X1A10 manufactured by Fisher-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Fisher-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CL788X1A1 by Manufacturer Fisher as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fisher Brand CL6886X1A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Flex-cable such as FCCPWM4DF16AFE050 equipment made by Flex-cable have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Flex-cable products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Flex-cable" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PXMS200K made by Fireye as well as the popular 12P0120X032 original spares produced by Fisher Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L120M by Flowserve and FCCPWM4DF16AFE050 spares by Flex-cable are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LFR1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Festo. |
