COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Festo DGP-18-266-PPV-A-B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fisherporter-Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fincor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Flexaline product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fisherporter-Abb such as the 34048U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2502CBA3 manufactured by Fincor and we are pleased to be able to service most Fincor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SPDUMQ1206 by Manufacturer Flexaline as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Finisar Brand 1000MSP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Filtrine such as PCP15019A equipment made by Filtrine have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Filtrine products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Filtrine" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FARA221224 made by Firgelli-Automations as well as the popular DPZ1025PAKF original spares produced by Festo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DNU32160PPVA by Festo and PCP15019A spares by Filtrine are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EMGZ310 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fms. |
