COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Festo DGE-40-190-ZR-LV-RK-KG-KF-GK parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fisher-rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Festo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Festo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fisher-rosemount such as the 0198424940001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JMEBH5 manufactured by Festo and we are pleased to be able to service most Festo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSM3270PFWCC by Manufacturer Festo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fincor Brand 6402S0053A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fisher such as CL6886X1A1 equipment made by Fisher have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fisher products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fisher" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 10P755XD2120A made by Flowserve as well as the popular 1000MSP original spares produced by Finisar Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DGPL25450PPVABKFSH by Festo and CL6886X1A1 spares by Fisher are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TFM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fireye. |
