COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ferrocontrol HD115A6-64S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Festo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fine-Sodick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fisher product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Festo such as the ADVUL4040PA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RLD3 manufactured by Fine-Sodick and we are pleased to be able to service most Fine-Sodick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CL6886X1A1 by Manufacturer Fisher as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Festo Brand DPZ1650PAS2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fisher such as 2I1008815 equipment made by Fisher have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fisher products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fisher" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 12P0503X162 made by Fisher as well as the popular 32B7734X022 original spares produced by Fisher Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FHDM by Fhdm-12p5001-S35a and 2I1008815 spares by Fisher are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2602 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fincor. |
