COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fenwal 40-702098-424 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keyence parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the ASB872200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KV16T manufactured by Keyence and we are pleased to be able to service most Keyence systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KVB16TC by Manufacturer Keyence as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nordson Brand 1054947Aamp274793D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Num such as 0204203166B equipment made by Num have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Num products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Num" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FX2N20GM made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular DC330BK000020A00D0000 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E5CSR1KJUW by Omron and 0204203166B spares by Num are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3G2A9AL004PE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
