COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Federal CE3090E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Raychem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ls-Mec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the E511A06X3N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E304 manufactured by Raychem and we are pleased to be able to service most Raychem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GMC32 by Manufacturer Ls-Mec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Klockner-Moeller Brand DIL2AM110V50HZ120V60HZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as CRL0F4422 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DILM50230V50HZ240V60HZ made by Klockner-Moeller as well as the popular CR308B191DAATAA original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K245A00 by Benedikt-Jager and CRL0F4422 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CRS150 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cefcon. |
