COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fastact A1040 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hitachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hitachi such as the SJ100380V22KWSJ100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6KP1123030X1B1 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A20B2003013601A by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fuji Brand FMD7AC21A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fenner such as SDF415251214126 equipment made by Fenner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fenner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fenner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HMP201002G6KPAD2A4 made by Festo as well as the popular 5020381460PiC9005020381460R1 original spares produced by Giddings--Lewis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LMA4080AF24002013X00156 by Heller and SDF415251214126 spares by Fenner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FRN003G11W2UX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji. |
