COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc αiS 30/4000HV parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Us-Motor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the HFKP43K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GP232007 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H302A50X05X095R061M by Manufacturer Us-Motor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand HCSF202 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ledex such as HD30SM2004SE equipment made by Ledex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ledex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ledex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available G42PIB410160V made by Idc as well as the popular HP15 original spares produced by Marathon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HS35F100R11BS1024C2ABZC28VVSM1419S by Bei and HD30SM2004SE spares by Ledex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HT003504PW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Weg. |
