COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc Model 5S/3000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lense parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Panasonic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the M463KAS0OPOC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MCS19J30 manufactured by Lense and we are pleased to be able to service most Lense systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDMA152P1G by Manufacturer Panasonic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bautz Brand M406D030710 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Panasonic such as MAMA04211A equipment made by Panasonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Panasonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Panasonic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MCS19F30RSOBOA28NST6SOOR made by Lenze as well as the popular MAC90B0PD4C110A1WI520LS01 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the mcs06f41rs0p1b11nst6s00nr0su by Lenze and MAMA04211A spares by Panasonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
