COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc IC800SSI104RD2-DE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fuji product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 6KAF343005E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 44B39927300144B3998620022Reg9 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FRN003E1S2U by Manufacturer Fuji as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hubbell Brand 2210312C13F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fuji such as FSD30DN22 equipment made by Fuji have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fuji products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fuji" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available N700E1100HF1320HFP made by Hyundai as well as the popular DSM130Sercos original spares produced by Giddings--Lewis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GETCP11G040345 by Ge and FSD30DN22 spares by Fuji are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AD025300APS100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
