COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc IC800SSD228S1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leuze-Electronic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tci parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Delta-Computer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leuze-Electronic such as the ILSER34S810001LSSR38P809006 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KLC12BE manufactured by Tci and we are pleased to be able to service most Tci systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KJ1501X1BK1 by Manufacturer Delta-Computer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Automated-Logic Brand M4106 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as MA31000F equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M84A002 made by Modicon as well as the popular LS457025E original spares produced by Motortronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the J603F216000 by Endress--Hauser and MA31000F spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IS200WETAH1AEC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
