COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc IC754VBI12CTD,IC754VBI12CTD-JJ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tci products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tci such as the KLC12BE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KSM012B071C35NM1HP0SENND7NNFW manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDD093BN020N2L110PA0 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand JUSPRCP01AACCACRUP6AAC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kmc-Controls such as KMD5220 equipment made by Kmc-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kmc-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kmc-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KDV13100115 made by Indramat as well as the popular MDD071CN030N2M095PB1 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MHD093B035NP0AA by Rexroth and KMD5220 spares by Kmc-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MBVT8970001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
