COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc IC752 SKT003 DD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Chicago-Pneumatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Chicago-Pneumatic such as the K259558 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDD093BN020N2L110PA0 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IVC3D21112 by Manufacturer Sick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Digital Brand M8981F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kmc-Controls such as KMD7301 equipment made by Kmc-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kmc-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kmc-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MG24AB20 made by Pinnacle as well as the popular KMD7101 original spares produced by Kmc-Controls Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KDV13100220300U1 by Indramat and KMD7301 spares by Kmc-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDD112BN030N2M130PB1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
