COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc IC752DPA062A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kontron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kontron such as the M2004HW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LMS21130206 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L31947P03 by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Festo Brand JMFH5PK3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as MC712BN624A799651A equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JANCDDP07D made by Yaskawa as well as the popular MG080FAU original spares produced by Pinnacle Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC093A0PS4C110B1WI520LVS001 by Indramat and MC712BN624A799651A spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MC510410201 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hitachi. |
