COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc IC697CPM915 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bailey products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lubriquip parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bailey such as the IMMFP12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LC1000 manufactured by Lubriquip and we are pleased to be able to service most Lubriquip systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDD093CN030N2M110GB2 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keyence Brand LS3060 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ktron such as KEU06453608 equipment made by Ktron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ktron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ktron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDD090BN030N2L110PB0 made by Indramat as well as the popular MG15J6ES1 original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LUT1450 by Sick and KEU06453608 spares by Ktron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MC47201500R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sti. |
