COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc IC693PWR321P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the ISM140000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KDS13150300W1 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ID15H450EO by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand IC698CPE020KAA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Markem such as MAR501B001 equipment made by Markem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Markem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Markem" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M016450 made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular IOD007 original spares produced by Superior-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JANCDRY02 by Yaskawa and MAR501B001 spares by Markem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KDV13100115 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
