COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc IC693MDL753F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ixthos parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the LU2B12FU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IXZ4IXZ4444B251 manufactured by Ixthos and we are pleased to be able to service most Ixthos systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC754VBI12CTDIC754VBI12CTDJJ by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew-Eurodrive Brand MDX61B01105A3400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Basler such as KR7FFMX equipment made by Basler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Basler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Basler" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC697CPX935HEIC697CPX935CPX935 made by Fanuc as well as the popular MDD065BN040N2M095PB1 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LS3101 by Keyence and KR7FFMX spares by Basler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original L31947P03 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
