COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc IC693MDL741G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Itr parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dolan-Jenner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MDD093BN020N2L110PB0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MCR1318 manufactured by Itr and we are pleased to be able to service most Itr systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M447500020A by Manufacturer Dolan-Jenner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bailey Brand INFI90IMMFP02MULTIFUNCTIONPROCESSOR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Parker such as MC19PR0026 equipment made by Parker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Parker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Parker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IMMFP11 made by Abb as well as the popular MC411B2BN624A801G51 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KCL341101027 by Square-D and MC19PR0026 spares by Parker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MC47201050R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sti. |
