COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc IC693CPU323N parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew-Eurodrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ktron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kmc-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew-Eurodrive such as the MDS60A01105A3400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KEU06453608 manufactured by Ktron and we are pleased to be able to service most Ktron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KMD7001 by Manufacturer Kmc-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand IC752CTD450 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cognex such as ISM111001 equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MACDE011C2I made by Ormec as well as the popular IC752WTA058 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC112B0GD4C130A2WI521LXS018 by Rexroth and ISM111001 spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ITNCEIX01DRM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
