COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc IC693APU300J parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Festo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the IS561300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IRB140M20003HNE0031313HAB81012 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JMFH5PK3 by Manufacturer Festo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Elau Brand MAX411020160811 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as LGF547100 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KMD7101 made by Kmc-Controls as well as the popular IP417A original spares produced by Miyachi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LR38879 by Power-one and LGF547100 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KDS13150300W1S104 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
