COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc IC670GB1002G IC670MDL640J IC670MDL740J parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nematron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron such as the IWS200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDD093CN030N2M110GB2 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDD090BN030N2L110PB1 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pribusin-Inc. Brand IUC66SDGMCADVV12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as IC752VDS048RR equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JUSPRCP01AACCACRUP6AAC made by Yaskawa as well as the popular JANCDFC08 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAS51A03050350 by Sew-Eurodrive and IC752VDS048RR spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IS200SCTTG1AAA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
