COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc IC3606SPCC1H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the L90G00HPHF8FH6CLXXN6SS6UU6UW7R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KJ2003X1BA2 manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JANCDSV02B by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Whedco Brand IMC20012B78004108 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Polytec such as LSV065506 equipment made by Polytec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Polytec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Polytec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC112C0ED4C130A0WI520LVS005 made by Rexroth as well as the popular IC4484A169 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M53B01000140 by Ge and LSV065506 spares by Polytec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M84A002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
