COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc GP570-LG21-24V,GP570LG2124V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nikon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the LCDModule spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SMZ645 manufactured by Nikon and we are pleased to be able to service most Nikon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A02B0064C001 by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kidde-Fenwall Brand 76800100001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tcp such as HMI40200A2P equipment made by Tcp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tcp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tcp" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NT20SST161BV3 made by Omron as well as the popular P11015DRorP11014DR original spares produced by Parker Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9761CUSTDCPNL8X8 by Schneider and HMI40200A2P spares by Tcp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2711PT10C21D8SBPLC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
