COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc EO-2061-180 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eurodrive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the CWDM3546 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EM3218T8 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DFT71K4andKA37R17DT71K4 by Manufacturer Eurodrive as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lenze Brand EN60043GST05 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ingersoll-Rand such as E1616N equipment made by Ingersoll-Rand have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ECP4310T4 made by Baldor as well as the popular EB030D0003 original spares produced by Br-Automation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E525SEP by Emerson and E1616N spares by Ingersoll-Rand are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EM3559T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
