COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc DS200FCRLG1AFC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Itd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Loral parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Triconex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Itd such as the EMT2003R612 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E04607501 manufactured by Loral and we are pleased to be able to service most Loral systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EMPII3005 by Manufacturer Triconex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Idec Brand FC2AC24A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Det-Tronics such as EQ3700DW equipment made by Det-Tronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Det-Tronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Det-Tronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FFSB14ER08KS2 made by Microswitch as well as the popular FDAS1200P original spares produced by Clouter Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EC5X2010B150MS6EMF1MTE1 by Danaher-Motion and EQ3700DW spares by Det-Tronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
