COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc DC Servo, Model 00M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the BSM63N175AF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C56H2817RBB manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D58797 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand BSM80C275AF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as CPCR01SD1AT equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CF10M1B4 made by Flender as well as the popular CRK569PMRKP original spares produced by Oriental Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C143T17FB13E by Leeson and CPCR01SD1AT spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C4D17FK6F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson. |
