COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc D300S1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leeson-Electric-Motor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pacific-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Formsprag product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson-Electric-Motor such as the C184T34FB1D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CW00029 manufactured by Pacific-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Pacific-Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CL421532 by Manufacturer Formsprag as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand CSSEWDM3555T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leeson such as CZ6T34VK16A equipment made by Leeson have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CN3000HT10C4 made by Sanyo as well as the popular CM342HJ01479 original spares produced by Parker

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BSM63A233AA by Baldor and CZ6T34VK16A spares by Leeson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C4C17FZ34A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson.
