COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A97L-0218-0350/160E-89 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Catelec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A97L02180355320C205 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CDD16516 manufactured by Catelec and we are pleased to be able to service most Catelec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C500CPU113G2C3CPU11 by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modicon Brand AS884A101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Asahi-Keiki such as AP246134 equipment made by Asahi-Keiki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asahi-Keiki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asahi-Keiki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AB57384120VT made by Pillar-Corp as well as the popular B0132WME original spares produced by Foxboro Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C0051N4N1025 by Powertec and AP246134 spares by Asahi-Keiki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AJ65SBTRPT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
