COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A86L-007-0001#203 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the IC3600STDC1H1B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC37CP780H manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P66000108 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand IC660CBB902F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fehlmann-Picomax such as BPP7 equipment made by Fehlmann-Picomax have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fehlmann-Picomax products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fehlmann-Picomax" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AO6B6058H006 made by Fanuc as well as the popular IC67MD750H original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Kerk by Faulhaber-2224v0034-Motor- and BPP7 spares by Fehlmann-Picomax are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC67MDL350C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
