COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A860-0301-T001 2000P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cherokee-International products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eupec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cherokee-International such as the ACX631 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BSM15GD120DN2E3224 manufactured by Eupec and we are pleased to be able to service most Eupec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CACRPR10BC3CSY10 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand C40KCDRA1197 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eupec such as BSM200GA120DN2SE3256 equipment made by Eupec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eupec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eupec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B1200C968 made by Siemens as well as the popular C200H original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CACRSR44TZ0SMY01A by Yaskawa and BSM200GA120DN2SE3256 spares by Eupec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C986000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
