COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A61L-0001-0074/(NR) parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automation-Direct parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Validyne product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the CJ1GCPU44H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EA7T10C05830B049 manufactured by Automation-Direct and we are pleased to be able to service most Automation-Direct systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DP15322118 by Manufacturer Validyne as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Axiohm Brand A716 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Olofstrom such as BifasOp200 equipment made by Olofstrom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Olofstrom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Olofstrom" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E5409770009 made by Okuma as well as the popular CP720110000000 original spares produced by Beckhoff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CPCRMR222GC by Yaskawa and BifasOp200 spares by Olofstrom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C6200Gencontroller Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Selco. |
