COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A290-1003-X005 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued General-Eastern products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fillpro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fox-Industries product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader General-Eastern such as the rh3is spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H123D079 manufactured by Fillpro and we are pleased to be able to service most Fillpro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10A30REM by Manufacturer Fox-Industries as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Graco Brand 239717 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gems such as XM36410342700OL30 equipment made by Gems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available STI445020110 made by Guardmaster as well as the popular SULTAN234 original spares produced by Hawk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LC101001LP101403 by Flowline and XM36410342700OL30 spares by Gems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 871ECTF3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foxboro. |
