COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A20B-9002-0310/02B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A58L00010332 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C500NC111EV1 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C98043 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A76L03000135 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aeg-Modicon such as ALU011EN equipment made by Aeg-Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aeg-Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aeg-Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C200HCT002C200HCT002 made by Omron as well as the popular BES5163009SA3MOCS49 original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ACEI230V1P2HPDB by Boston-Gear and ALU011EN spares by Aeg-Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BTV202CA64B11CDFW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
