COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A20B-8200-001/06A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Panasonic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the CACRSR15BC1AFY276 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AED00037 manufactured by Panasonic and we are pleased to be able to service most Panasonic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BDS5A22000010606A2031 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Horton Brand DPC13T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eagle-Signal such as CP8005N9 equipment made by Eagle-Signal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eagle-Signal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eagle-Signal" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ACH401B02032 made by Abb as well as the popular DS200DMCBG1ABB original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ASP840000 by Modicon and CP8005N9 spares by Eagle-Signal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D486562 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
