COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A20B-3300-0241/05A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yasakawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ramsey-Technology product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the A61L00010096LD12CM01A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DF8401366 manufactured by Yasakawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yasakawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AC8000 by Manufacturer Ramsey-Technology as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Adaptec Brand ASSY40010600RevC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aplex such as APC3511T equipment made by Aplex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aplex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aplex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E0241653 made by Okuma as well as the popular CJ1GCPU42HFB original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CE744L12P31GRZ by National-Tech and APC3511T spares by Aplex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CP11G040045 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Uniop. |
