COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A20B-2901-0942/02A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanrex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tamron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vigodrive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanrex such as the ATD150AA100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B2035399 manufactured by Tamron and we are pleased to be able to service most Tamron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A97L01180936RV70C367S by Manufacturer Vigodrive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bsm25gp120 Brand BSM25GP120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Energy-Technology--Control such as ACS3000 equipment made by Energy-Technology--Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Energy-Technology--Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Energy-Technology--Control" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A50L00010342 made by Fanuc as well as the popular AS506PF32 original spares produced by Modicon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AS9000461 by Modicon and ACS3000 spares by Energy-Technology--Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original APLT0800 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Red-Lion. |
