COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A20B-2000-0180/06B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fincor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Faulhaber-Micro-mo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hitachi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fincor such as the MPR1V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MVP2001 manufactured by Faulhaber-Micro-mo and we are pleased to be able to service most Faulhaber-Micro-mo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SJ700D075LFUF3 by Manufacturer Hitachi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fuji Brand FRN003E1S2U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as 6KP1123030X1B1 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CXS0100HPV35G2N1 made by Honeywell as well as the popular A06B0127B176R original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6KDV3035Q4F10D4 by Ge and 6KP1123030X1B1 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TPHE480D10ME Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
