COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A20B-1006-0471/01A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fec such as the AXIS203A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FRN007F1S4U manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5020381460PiC9005020381460R1 by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand 50470121AWAA1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fuji such as FRN030G1S4U equipment made by Fuji have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fuji products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fuji" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 00001240089 made by Hammelmann as well as the popular 6KGP43010X9XXXA1 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC800SSI107RS1CE by Ge and FRN030G1S4U spares by Fuji are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 32495517 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain. |
