COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A20B-1001-005U/09D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the A2103011 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C200HWBC081C0HWBCO81 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C200HID212 by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eupec Brand BSM100GT120DN2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as ASB885002 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ASC484064 made by Modicon as well as the popular AKP8X0079 original spares produced by Aoki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AVU5010A by Black-Box and ASB885002 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C200HCT021 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
