COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A20B-1000-0940 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mazak products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Modicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mazak such as the D80VD015770A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DDS021W025DS0100 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ASM84A102 by Manufacturer Modicon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand CLM013X04B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pyrotronics such as DMC1 equipment made by Pyrotronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pyrotronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pyrotronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BLIID15ABL2D15A100606118201 made by Okuma as well as the popular A58187001 original spares produced by Moog Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D0137AW by Foxboro and DMC1 spares by Pyrotronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CPS3D208240 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Alco-Controls. |
