COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A20B-1000-0180 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Advanced-Marine products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eupec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wohrle product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Advanced-Marine such as the AME2209515000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BSM150GB100D manufactured by Eupec and we are pleased to be able to service most Eupec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ANKAI216P by Manufacturer Wohrle as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keyence Brand AS440SO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thayer such as B48753A equipment made by Thayer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thayer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thayer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A20B21000280 made by Fanuc as well as the popular BK1200SSN original spares produced by Schumacher Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A20B81000770 by Fanuc and B48753A spares by Thayer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B9300323AB18820820 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Portwell. |
