COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A20B-0003-0772-20E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fincor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fincor such as the MPR1V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5000G11SFRN020G11S2UX manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS3800HPRB1C1B by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fuji Brand FRN15AR1M4A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fuji such as FRN11G9S4EX equipment made by Fuji have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fuji products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fuji" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DMC2130 made by Galil as well as the popular PO3P00033 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6KAF343010ESA1 by Ge and FRN11G9S4EX spares by Fuji are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A06B6066H291A2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
