COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A16B-3200-0600/14B, parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yokogawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asea parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Notifier-Co product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yokogawa such as the DR1008B6D92089 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ACN6340020500000000900 manufactured by Asea and we are pleased to be able to service most Asea systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CPU2020 by Manufacturer Notifier-Co as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BPCAX3600E148P00E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as CVM1CPU21EV2CVM1CPU21EV2 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A20B10000940 made by Fanuc as well as the popular CLTAY61 original spares produced by Hios Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CK95BE311N by Electric and CVM1CPU21EV2CVM1CPU21EV2 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C640076GN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
