COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A16B-2202-0730-04C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Go parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Koyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the E5EXR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 211516 manufactured by Go and we are pleased to be able to service most Go systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KCM50 by Manufacturer Koyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand T6031D1023 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ormon such as G72COD16 equipment made by Ormon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ormon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ormon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3G2A9AL004PE made by Omron as well as the popular 508TX original spares produced by N-tron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3G2A5II002 by Omron and G72COD16 spares by Ormon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CPA08M125POL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Festo. |
