COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A16B-2201-0110/11A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rootech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schenck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rootech such as the ACCURA2300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E0105800055 manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DISOMATS by Manufacturer Schenck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Beckhoff Brand CP720110000000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kearney--Trecker such as ASSY140010600RevC equipment made by Kearney--Trecker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kearney--Trecker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kearney--Trecker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CPXA10A4AMCD made by Kontron as well as the popular DT91008104 original spares produced by Johnson-Controls Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ADM1815AP by Arista and ASSY140010600RevC spares by Kearney--Trecker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DF8401366 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yasakawa. |
